MORNING GLORY

Last week we were invited to a coffee workshop "FROM BANDUNG TO THE WORLD" by Natanael Charis who is recognized by international coffee expert and will become one of the candidate of World Coffee Master that will be held in London on April 30 - may 03. COOL isnt it?!

Since its a COFFEE workshop, ko Nael told us about history of coffee and how Indonesian coffee mention in 5 best coffee in the world!!!! so proud...

In this workshop, Ko Nael also presented 2 way of making good coffee using manual brewing method.

CHEMEX 

#bandungfoodie was amazed to the taste of west java coffee bean which is made by chemex method. Taste light, fruity and a bit acid.

SYPHON

Taste stronger, fruity with lot of acidity. Do you know that acidity of coffee is good your your body? since it contains lots of anti oxidant.

As for the result we like coffee from chemex method, too bad it takes around 20 minutes to produce a good coffee (hmmm...we dont have that much time in the morning, we always in a rush).

....... it"s time for LUNCH yeayyyyy!!! Actualy to enter this workshop, regular visitor must paid 80K including free meals and drink for lunch, but since we are part of #bandungfoodies we got it for FREE, yess free!! So this is our lunch....

Tenderloin Au Gratin

Tender beef loin served with hashbrown, bok-choy, mozzarella cheese and homemade mushroom sauce. Taste soooo good!

Dory Salsa Sauce

Thick cut of dory fish was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the salsa sauce is so refreshing, light and tasty. Overall it was soo delicate soft and tender.

Cold Caramel Machiato

One of my favorite drink at Morning Glory Coffee. It was one of the best caramel machiato that we ever tried, it has nice balance amount of coffee and milk given.

If you looking for a super good coffee, then you should come to Morning Glory coffee because they served 100% west java coffee which is procesed with their special own way to give us the best coffee experience.
