ROCCA AND CO ; ENJOYABLE TO CHILL

As a food junkie, we have tried a lot of cafes and restaurants, some leave good impression some leave a bad memories. This time we are going to review one of cafe that leave a mark on our visit there.

Rocca is a coffee shop and casual dining restaurant located in Progo street. The moment you stepped in the restaurant you will get a nice relax and sit back ambiance decorated with industrial minimalis decorations. Very enjoyable to chill with friends.

The interior inside rocca is divided in three part, the first one is simply a coffee bar with a comfy ambience from the large glass windows and brick walls with a view of progo street. 

 

While the middle of restaurant is more homey and non smoking, this part is child friendly. 

And the backside is similar with the front. Love how they use a lot of glass walls to make the place look alot bigger.

Talking about the food, rocca serves asian-western food from appetizer, soup, main courses till dessert.

CHOCO TIRAMISU 30K
It is a choco oreo milkshake with a unique twist because of the marshmellow and whipped cream. This is a bit too much for us, overly sweet. But if you are a milkshake lover then this choco tiramisu will amaze you.

STEAMED BUNS WITH SAUSAGE 38K
For appetizer, we had a sausage steamed buns served with fresh lettuce, carrot and mayonaise sauce. It was a fresh and light dish.

ROLL BEEF BARBEQUE 65KIt was union and smoked beef, wrapped with medium well beef tenderloin. Taste good, meat cooked perfectly and tender. Steaks may be cut a bit smaller than what you'd expect.

NORWEGIAN SALMON TERIYAKI 85K
This Grilled Salmon Teriyaki was great with really nice teriyaki flavor that beats the bottled. They served it with mashed potatoes and a bit veggies.

CRISPY SESAME SEED SALMON 85K
It was crispy pan seared salmon with mashed potatoes, toast salad, creamy horenzo, and sour cream cheese sauce. The salmon, the sauce, the salad are just made for each other!

It was thin pizza topped with chocolate sauce and smores, unique!

APPLE CINNAMON 30K
Love everything on it, the pancake was good, the vanilla ice cream not too sweet, and the apple cinnamon makes everything better.

Overall we love how rocca and company improving a lot since our first visit there, love how they made the food presentation very nice, and the nice relax and sit back ambiance.
